Return Policy

Due to hygiene and safety concerns for pets, Wienerd does not accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us at support@wienerd.com within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unworn, in original condition, with tags and packaging.

Refunds

If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. If it's been over 15 business days since approval and you haven't received your refund, please contact us.
